All fees paid are generally non-refundable and non-transferable. However, we understand that exceptional situations occur. Under special circumstances, a written appeal may be submitted within 7 days of payment. All requests are subject to internal review and approval. Please note that once the program has commenced or educational resources have been shared, no refund requests will be entertained.
